1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship books across India. For international shipping, please contact us at pragyaprakshan@gmail.com before placing an order.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Shipping Time & Delivery

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days (within India).

Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (available at additional cost).

Remote locations may require additional time.

4. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping: On orders above ₹500.

Standard Shipping Charges: ₹100 per order.

Express Shipping: Charges vary based on location and book weight.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details to monitor your order's progress.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with pictures of the issue.

If your order is lost in transit, we will assist in tracking or issuing a replacement.

7. Return & Refund Policy

Books once shipped cannot be returned, unless received in a damaged condition.

Refunds or replacements will be processed after verification.
